‘Be your own master!’ ‘Dial your own balance now!’
Free of charge only with Cable & Wireless Seychelles

Cable & Wireless Seychelles, the leading telecommunications company in the Seychelles announced today (02 April 03) that as part of its continuous effort to meet customers’ needs, the company has launched a new service ‘Dial Your Balance’ to all of its fixed line customers, free of charge.

‘Dial your balance’ will provide customers with information regarding their last billed balance anytime during the day or night, at the customer’s convenience. Customers will have the opportunity to know their outstanding balance just by calling 124, free of charge and this can hopefully help customers keep better control of their budgets.

Customers wishing to use this new service are advised to visit any of the Company’s Customer Services Centres on Mahe, Praslin or La Digue and to bring along a form of identification. Once customer request has been processed, a pin code will be provided within 48 hours.

Equipped with a pin code, customers will then be able to call 124. A voice activated message will ask them to enter their account number (which can be found on the top right hand side of customers telephone bill) after which they will be asked to enter their pin code. The account’s outstanding balance will be read then.
