Cable & Wireless Seychelles has announced the successful migration of its mobile customer base to a new billing system known as CIS, which is the same system type used by the Cable & Wireless group globally. The migration was conducted on the weekend of March the 16th through to Monday the 19th and was achieved without any setbacks, testament to the teamwork, commitment and near flawless project execution from the team involved. Alise Saminaden, the Project Manager based in Seychelles, headed the local team that worked with other collaborators overseas to ensure this smooth transition.
Cable & Wireless Seychelles now has a common billing and customer care platform for all of its services providing the following advantages, amongst others:

Cable & Wireless Seychelles injected just over SR4.5 million into this new billing system having already invested millions of rupees during the past 12 months into various system improvements and upgrades for the benefit of its customers.
