We are pleased to inform you of the recent upgrade to our Broadband Internet customer usage portal. All existing features of Internet Usage Meter including additional services are now hosted on the new MyCare portal; therefore, the current Meter will no longer be available.

  Take advantage of our new and improved services on MyCare:  
  • Monitor you usage in real time
  • Configure and get up to date notifications
  • Purchase and GIFT data boosters
  You will be required to register your Postpaid Broadband on MyCare in 3 easy steps:  
  1. Access
  2. Click ‘Register
  3. Enter your Postpaid broadband username and follow the on screen instructions
