In search of a dynamic, energetic, qualified Accounting Professional with great leadership abilities to lead and manage in the role of Manager Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting. The main focus is to track, analyse and forecast the financial performance of the Business Unit (BU), and to influence our partners in defining business strategies and product schemes that support long-term stability and growth of the business. This role will provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, contracting, accounting and budgeting efforts of the BU in accordance with BU leadership and Company objectives. Prepares written/graphical financial information to support executive communications to the Board of Directors.

Candidate must have strong analytical capabilities, is a great meeting organizer with good documentation techniques and follow through mechanism. Must have good collaborative, interpersonal and People skills for both stakeholder management working with a highly specialised team. 


Qualifications & Experience 

 

  • Professional Accounting Certification – ACCA/CMA/CPA or CIMA 
  • OR Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with proven years of experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis Budgeting/Forecasting.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance with an emphasis on Financial Reporting and Analysis Budgeting/Forecasting and working within a complex Company structure
  • Experience working with IT or Localization companies
  • Experience with building sophisticated financial models
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce a plus


Preferred Skills & Competencies

 

  • IT background; knowledge of the localization / Telecommunications industry is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong analytic capabilities, including financial modelling.
  • Strong organizational, managerial, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills; capable of presenting complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Strong organizational, project management and conceptual design skills.
  • Meeting skills - ability to organize, chair, document and ensure actions are followed.


Desirable

  • Masters degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Economics
